Small-scale entrepreneurs in some of the poorest parts of the world have the will, desire and intelligence to lift themselves and their families out of poverty, but unfortunately lack the means to do so.

Utilizing the Islamic principles of interest-free credit (Qard Hassan), credit sales (Murabaha) and investments (Mudaraba), microfinance provides people like Maqsoom Bibi, the power to create opportunities for themselves and others.

When you invest in a small entrepreneur's business, you give them the opportunity to make a livelihood for themselves and ultimately give back, feeding into a cycle that continues to support others just like Maqsoom.

This is a form of Sadaqah Jariyah, supporting generations for years to come.

Once the entrepreneurs have repaid their loans the money is then used to assist another entrepreneur, thus the virtuous cycle continues.
